The Residency at Grace Church is designed to build leaders for God’s Kingdom.
We desire to equip leaders for a lifestyle of ministry inside and outside of the church.
Seeking driven young professionals with a love for Jesus, and a vision to use their
skills towards a lifestyle of ministry.
The basics
Show a love for Jesus and a passion for ministry
Full time, one year program
Paid an hourly wage
Thirty and ninety day reviews
Must have the ability to relocate to the greater Camas area
Must pass Grace’s background check
Inquire about housing assistance
Tracks
Residents work with staff to select a main Track, and serve within other Tracks when needed.
Production: Worship and Tech
Creative: Design, Experience and Communications
Missions: Local/Global Outreach and Discipleship
Pastoral: Youth (GKW and G2), Adults (Young Adults/Professionals, Men’s, Women’s and Adult Services)
