Building leaders for god's kingdom
The Leadership Program at Grace Church is designed to build leaders for God’s Kingdom.
We desire to equip leaders for a lifestyle of ministry inside and outside of the church.

WHAT WE OFFER
The Leadership Program offers an Internship or Residency experience.
Internship: Part time, ten month program for young adults.
Residency: Full time, one year program for young professionals.
THE BASICS
Show a love for Jesus and a passion for ministry.
New cohorts start every August.
Paid an hourly wage.
Thirty and ninety day reviews.
Must have the ability to relocate to the greater Camas area.
Must pass Grace’s background check.
Inquire about housing assistance.
GROWTH OPPORTUNITIES
Leadership roles in active ministries.
Intentional spiritual growth opportunities.
Seminars on various topics.
Holistic church experiences through Track Rotations.
Weekly staff devotional times.
Ministry coaching from seasoned mentors.
TRACKS
Interns and Residents Serve within the Following Tracks:
Interns + Residents will work with staff to select a main Track,
and serve within other Tracks when needed.
Production: Worship and Tech
Creative: Design, Experience and Communications
Missions: Local/Global Outreach and Discipleship
Pastoral: Youth (GKW and G2), Young Adults/Professionals,
Men’s, Women’s and Adult Services)

Connections with ministries and leaders across the world.
Enduring friendships and mentoring relationships.
