LengthTwo year internship (with one year minimum)


Interns earn a weekly stipend.


Internships are 24 hours per week

 (18 hours of professional development and 6 hours of personal development)


Interns will develop spiritually, personally, and professionally through hands on ministry experience, focused mentorship by church staff, and other ministry opportunities.

INTERNS WILL CHOOSE TO SPECIALIZE IN ONE OF THE FOUR MINISTRY AREAS BELOW AND WILL WORK WITH STAFF LEADERS WHO CORRESPOND WITH THEIR CHOSEN TRACK.

PASTORAL TRACK


Interns on the Pastoral Track will focus on a relational and theological investment in the four generations at Grace. Pastoral Interns will be immersed in multigenerational relationships and will serve alongside

the Family Life Team as a shepherding presence in

the lives of church members. 


Traits: Passion for people, good listener and question asker, and a desire to communicate the gospel to multiple generations.


Areas of Focus: Kids Ministry (GKW), Youth Ministry (G2) and Adult Ministries (Young Adults, Women's/Men's & Senior)

creative design track

Interns on the Creative Design track will focus on the artistic representation of the gospel. This track has two positions open. The first will focus on sharing the gospel through filmmaking. The second will focus on website design, photography, interior design and mass messaging. Creative Design Interns will serve alongside the Creative and Communication Teams.


Traits: An interest in artistically capturing and communicating the gospel through visual and written mediums with a focus on design.


Areas of Focus: Communication Team and Creative Team

PRODUCTION TRACK


Interns on the Production Track will focus on everything that goes into presenting the gospel message from the stage and behind the scenes on Sundays and/or during special services. Production Interns will serve alongside the Church Experience Team.


Traits: A passion for sharing the gospel through experience. This may express itself through musical talent (singing, instrument, etc.), event planning, production and technical support.


Areas of Focus: Worship Team, Church Tech and Service Flow


missions track

Interns on the Missions Track will serve with Connection Team and will be focused on bridging gaps between the church and the world. Their roles will range from engaging new members at church to sharing the beauty of the gospel across the world. They will focus on engaging with the lost and hurting in order to bring them into a loving relationship with God.


Traits: Cultural savvy and passion to serve and reach the lost. 


Areas of Focus: Outreach, Service, Discipleship, and Missions.
